O Prophet, say to your wives: If you desire the life of this world and its adornments; then come! I will grant them to you, but not to speak with me. You are my family members and My partners; but whoever turns away from My Worshipers shall enter the Fire along with the Zalimun (polytheists). The morning prayer of Holy Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him consists of two parts - recitation of the Quran where he is reading Surah 3 Al-Hajj(3) verses 97-101 without any interruption. In the second part he begins the Durood Shareef from Hadrat Fatimah daughter of his holy prophet from her shrine in Masjid-e-Najaf. In the first part or recitation, Allah Almighty granted him a wish that whatever he asked for will be granted without any sin. So he used to ask for world and all its pleasures so much so that the world became a torture for him and it was a great misery. Then his family tried to console him but it didn’t help so much so that even before going to sleep, he used to say Allah Khair until his blessed soul went into deep slumber. He used to say that I wish if Allah Khair could be sent down (to me) as a verse in the Quran. One night Muhammad woke up and saw Angel Jibrael who asked him what he would like? He replied that I wish if this verse could come down to me. Jibrael said you will get it, but after three days no one will be able to read it. He said, “I have friends who can read it for me” , then Jibrael prophesied that his friends will be dead until the day of Qiyamah, but you are alive insha Allah so recite it by heart. So he asked, “Are you sure?” Jibrael replied, Yes. He then memorized it. The second part consists of the recitation of Hadrat Fatimah daughter of his holy prophet from her shrine in Masjid-e-Najaf. The third part consists of a commentary on Surat Al-Hashr(25). The fourth part consists of a supplication for forgiveness of Allah Almighty. He would say the first part, “Praise be to Allah, lord of al-Jannah, lord of makhluqan wa salaamatun wa hamiyatun” then he would recite the verse “Ya Allah! You are my leaders and masters. You are my Rabb or Lord." This is the first thing he used to say when he woke up in the morning, then after some time he started reciting Surah Al-Fatiha. He had memorized it by heart. cfa1e77820
